My name's Leo, and I'm a mainly digital artist with a passion for fanart.I took numerous college classes during my high school career because of CRTC's graphic design program.
I have also taken SAIC's continuing studies program and SAW's year long program for comics and graphic novels.
I am currently an undergrad student studying foreign language education.I use a Huion Kamvas 22 and Clip Studio Paint.

I may refuse to draw fan art for certain medias. This could be because I don't like the media or I just don't know enough about it.I absolutely will not draw any hateful art, or art that is derogatory towards any group or person. This includes offensive caricatures and stereotypes.I will draw ship art of: your/your friend's OCs, you/your partner(s), and also of most fan-ships. I will not draw incest, pedophilia, or any relationship indicative of abuse. This is up to my discretion, and I ask that you do not take it personally. The fan art rule also applies here.

Terms of Service

I do NOT condone the use of my work in "NFT"s or in the training of "AI art".

COMMUNICATION

  • Please be fully willing to communicate with me.

  • I may ask you small questions regarding your commission, such as outfit details, poses, expressions, and more. Please be willing to answer these within a time period that is appropriate for you.

REVISIONS

  • Revisions are permitted for no additional fee, assuming that they are minimal, and will not force me to start the drawing over.

  • After the drawing is complete, you cannot ask for edits to be made.

  • You do not have the right to edit or alter my finished work. This includes removing or relocating the signature.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Please understand that I do not work within all hours of the day. I am on EST (Eastern Standard Time) and am a full-time student.

  • I am timely with my work and will meet your deadlines! Please let me know if you have a specific deadline in mind. If not, the average time it takes me will be listed within the commission posting.

REFUNDS

  • Considering the custom nature of the artwork, I do not allow refunds. If a need for cancellation becomes apparent, please contact me so we can sort it out!

Copyright & Usage

My Rights

  • Commercial use of my work is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to: reproduction (merchandising such as stickers, t-shirts, pins or buttons, prints, etc.).

  • I retain copyrights to the artwork.

  • I will not continue to profit from the piece from prints, publications, or other.

  • In your request form, you will disclose your comfort regarding the continued use of your commission (i.e.: me posting it to my socials or portfolio). If you allow this, I may use it to advertise the commission type you purchased.

Your Rights

  • You have the right to upload your commission to any of your socials as your profile picture, header/banner, pagedoll, etc. If you are to post it on your socials as a full post, I would like to be either tagged, linked, or generally credited.

  • You do not have the right to sell my work or use my work for commercial purposes. This specifically includes reproduction and merchandising, such as reproduction for prints, stickers, t-shirts, buttons and more.

  • If you are planning to sell the character as an adoptable, I would like to be informed ahead of time. (I may decline your commission if its only purpose is to be sold or traded.)

  • You cannot claim my artwork as your own, and you cannot trace or heavily reference my artwork.
